What is the Executive Mindfulness Online Course?

The Executive Mindfulness Online Course is for busy executives and ambitious professionals who want to strengthen their leadership skills and effectiveness at work through the practice of mindfulness. If you would benefit from developing your focus, ability to manage stress, communication skills, patience, emotional intelligence, and relationship building skills, this course can help you.

 

 

Why I created the course

Across the years, I’ve coached numerous executives who have benefited from learning how to apply mindfulness to their work lives.  However, although mindfulness is increasingly talked about in business circles and there are some big companies that have invested in programs to teach it, the majority of companies I work with seem to be at the beginning stages of learning about it. As a result, they don’t have any systematic ways for leaders to learn about mindfulness and how becoming more mindful can help them to be more successful.

Although there are some mindfulness retreats geared for professionals, they can be expensive, and may not fit into your schedule. And while there are a few online mindfulness courses for the workplace, many of the individuals who created them don’t have the sort of experience working with leaders in corporate environments to be able to give relevant examples or speak in a language that resonates with business people. Since everyone doesn’t have the luxury of being able to work one-on-one with an executive coach, I wanted to put together a program that would provide the information, resources, and step-by-step guidance to help professionals develop an effective mindfulness practice on their own.
